As we are a multi-vendor marketplace, the vendors whose products you buy from our store also have access to customer data inorder to fulfill your order. Yes! Lucky Orange, as a service provider and processor, is compliant with both GDPR and CCPA. We’ve been leading the industry by proactively prioritizing data security and visitor privacy, even before GDPR. One of the many protections we have maintained since day one of Lucky Orange to anonymize keystroke data out of the box. As a result, every character from inputs are replaced with asterisks before data is even recorded. Other measures we’ve taken include:
- Extended account-based privacy settings that include text scrambling and consent requirements. This is part of our Privacy settings available to the Account Owner.
- Required opt-in IP address collection that is only searchable and not visible at any point. This includes enhanced visitor anonymity or de-identification, including encrypted IP addresses

How Wishify App collects and uses customer data:
Cookies :
We do not use cookies to store any information for any app except Age verification. But we do use Browser Session Data to store product data in a few apps. We store the data in localstorage of browser for that particular customer. This data contains product id, customer id, customer email, product name.
For Age verification app, the cookie is created to store the visitor session once they verify their age. The expiration time of cookies is set by merchat from app's settings.

We collect certain information when you install our app in your store
The most common types of information we collect are: user-names, email addresses, IP addresses, contact details.
For processing of our app, we need information of your products, themes, pages and orders for future upgrades in app where we can show how many orders are placed using our app. When the app is installed , it will ask admin to approve if they want to give permission to the application to access these inofrmation.

Data is deleted when you do not use our services
All the information that we get access to when you install our app, is deleted as soon as you remove our application from your store.

We do not transfer or share any data with anyone.

As soon as the app is deleted, all the data stored at our databse is deleted.
